Customer Experience project in-depth:

My manager challenged me to document the interaction and customer experience of a Livenation.com visitor. This project later turned into my term project where I was able to focus not only on customer transactions, but also customer relationship management. Each slide represents a key moment between Live Nation and each individual consumer. By distinguishing each moment, Live Nation is able to focus on creating high impact interactions with its consumers. What is key is that each customer deserves to be treated to a genuine and meaningful experience.
