Walt disney strategic audit:
The Walt Disney Company is an extremely influential entertainment firm that is able to capture the hearts of children and adults alike. For my senior project, I worked with a team of classmates to asses the Studio Entertainment Division of the Walt Disney Company through a strategic audit. Some highlights include: an environmental analysis through a SWOT analysis and Michael Porter’s five forces, an analysis of corporate governance, business model analysis, as well as recommendations and implementations through a balanced score card. Through this strategic audit you will be able to see why the Walt Disney Company is a value maximizing firm and our recommendations to uphold its mission of being the leading provider and producer of entertainment and information around the world.
